Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across major cities in Nepal including Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Chitwan, and Butwal. For remote areas, please contact our support team before ordering.

Shipping Times
  • Inside Kathmandu Valley: 24-48 hours
  • Outside Kathmandu Valley: 3-5 business days
Shipping Costs

Standard delivery charges apply based on weight and location. Free shipping is available for orders above रू 5,000 within Kathmandu Valley.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

You can return items within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective or incorrect item
  • In original, unopened packaging
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable products like live plants and customized soil mixes are generally not eligible for return unless received in a damaged state.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund via the original payment method or through Esewa/Khalti within 5-7 business days.
